New Dem Chair-Elect Schneider Announces Full Leadership Team for 119th Congress

Reps. Haley Stevens (MI-11), Marilyn Strickland (WA-10), Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) and Andrea Salinas (OR-06) will serve in New Dem Leadership alongside Chair Schneider, the elected Vice Chairs, and Freshman Leadership Representative

Today, New Democrat Coalition Chair-Elect Brad Schneider (IL-10) announced that he has appointed the following Members to New Dem Leadership for the 119th Congress: Rep. Haley Stevens (MI-11) will serve as Vice Chair at Large, Rep. Marilyn Strickland (WA-10) will serve as Whip, and Reps. Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) and Andrea Salinas (OR-06) will serve as Leadership Members at Large.

Haley Stevens, Marilyn Strickland, Jennifer McClellan, and Andrea Salinas join Nikki Budzinski, Salud Carbajal, Josh Harder, Marc Veasey and Kristen McDonald Rivet, bringing a breadth of perspectives, experiences, and expertise to our work guiding the New Dems to new heights.” said Chair-Elect Brad Schneider. “In the 119th Congress, New Dems will be bigger and more influential than ever, with 110 Members – more than half of the House Democratic Caucus. Each New Dem is an extraordinary leader in their own right and I have full confidence the New Dem Leadership Team will serve the Coalition well in the 119th Congress.
