This week, the House passed the New Democrat Coalition-endorsed (NDC) the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Act (TRIA). The House also passed a Continuing Resolution (CR) to avoid another government shutdown through a short-term spending bill, which will keep the government open until December 20th.
