New Democrat Coalition Chair-elect Annie Kuster Appoints Marc Veasey, Lori Trahan, and Susie Lee to Leadership Team for 118th Congress
Today, New Democrat Coalition (NDC) Chair-elect Annie Kuster (NH-02) announced three appointments to the NDC Leadership Team for the 118th Congress. Kuster appointed Rep. Marc Veasey (TX-33) and Rep. Lori Trahan (MA-03) to serve as Leadership Members and Rep. Susie Lee (NV-03) to serve as the Coalition’s Whip.
“As the incoming NDC Chair, I’m thrilled to announce I am appointing Rep. Marc Veasey, Rep. Lori Trahan, and Rep. Susie Lee to our leadership team. Each of these talented Members will bring a unique set of experiences and innovative ideas to our team,” said NDC Chair-elect Kuster. “They are passionate and pragmatic leaders who are dedicated to finding common sense solutions to the issues Americans care about most. I look forward to hitting the ground running with our new NDC leadership team in the 118th Congress to strengthen our Coalition, Democratic Caucus, and country.”

The NDC leadership team for the 118th Congress includes Vice Chair-elect of Policy Derek Kilmer (WA-06), Vice Chair-elect of Communications Brad Schneider (IL-10), Vice Chair-elect of Member Services Sharice Davids (KS-03), and Vice Chair-elect of Outreach Salud Carbajal (CA-24), who were elected earlier this month.
