New Dems Release Episode 13 of The Fly-In: “Medical Emergency”
This week, co-hosts Greg Landsman (OH-01) and Marc Veasey (TX-33) are joined by Rep. Andrea Salinas (OR-06) to discuss how President Trump and Congressional Republicans’ Big Ugly Bill will devastate all aspects of American health care.

Today, the New Democrat Coalition released episode 13 of The Fly-In, a podcast co-hosted by Reps. Greg Landsman (OH-01) and Marc Veasey (TX-33).
In Episode 13, “Medical Emergency” Reps. Landsman and Veasey are joined by New Dem Leadership Member and Co-Chair of the Bipartisan Mental Health Caucus Andrea Salinas (OR-06) to discuss the devastating impacts of President Trump and Congressional Republicans’ Big Ugly Bill on the American health care system and how that will impact hardworking families. The New Dem Members underscore how this legislation not only rips away health care from 17 million Americans, but will also force rural hospitals and Planned Parenthood clinics to close, prevent Americans from getting the mental health resources they desperately need, and drive up out of pocket costs for families who are already struggling to get by thanks to the President’s tariffs.
Additionally, Landsman and Veasey talk about the tragic flooding in Texas and Rep. Veasey’s anti-corruption resolution calling for the Trump administration to release the Epstein files.
