New Democrat Coalition Announces Full Membership for Policy Task Forces

From climate change to immigration reform, the nine New Dem Policy Task Forces will work to develop innovative solutions to our nation’s most pressing challenges

Today, the New Democrat Coalition (NDC) announced the full membership for the Coalition’s nine new policy task forces for the 118th Congress.

These nine policy task forces are focused on the Coalition’s top priorities for the 118th Congress as well as issues where New Dems believe bipartisan progress is possible in a closely divided House. Members of these task forces are policy and thought leaders who will lead the charge in tackling our nation’s toughest problems, including clean energy deployment, the mental health and substance use disorder crises, immigration reform, affordable housing, and more. 

“The New Democrat Coalition is filled with incredibly talented and experienced subject matter experts and I’m thrilled that they’ll be bringing their expertise to each of these nine task forces,” said NDC Chair Annie Kuster (NH-02). “Each task force will be responsible for addressing some of the most complicated issues facing our country and I know these Members will get the job done.”

There’s no doubt each New Dem will bring innovative ideas and commonsense solutions to these task forces.”
